Synthia turned round to Brego whilst Messilita was taking her call.
"Didn't you say you needed to see someone?" Synthia asked, remembering the letter that arrived through her door that was for Brego. He gave her a short glance, then looked round at the nearest window for a moment. He gave a short growl, knowing what to expect, but not when. As he sighed, he looked back round to Synthia.
"Yeah. Just... not now." He replied.

"Hey,sis. I'm just calling if you're at home." Lucia's voice was on the phone.

"Yes,I'm right at home,why ask me?" Messilita replied.

"Well,lets just say that there's been a lot of traffic going on.People are leaving the city."

"Really?"

"Of course,the recent enemy invasion are starting to expand.People are going elsewhere for a peaceful life."

"And you're telling me this...because?"

"Because you're probably going to escort those people to safety,you know how it goes."

"...But I already had my orders."

"Alright then,mom and I are coming home."

"Okay...." Messilita shook on that line,what if they saw her 'visitors' ?

"Okay,bye."

"Bye."

After hearing "bye" repeated, Synthia spun round to Messilita with both her hands clasped together.
"Soo... now what?" She asked.

"We're waiting until my family arrives..my sister expects me home." Messilita replied,pocketing her phone.

"Unless I get an urgent call from the High Command.At times like this,things are probably gonne get messed up." She placed both hands on her hips. "Anyway,make yourself at home.Even though you pointed a gun at me."

The woman signaled the convoy to stop. She sworn she could have heard something from the bushes. She had her sniper rifle out and peered through her scope,heat sensors online.
"Just an animal,move it!" She yelled at the convoy which obediently followed orders and continued down the dirt road.

"Isn't your mum 'Elisa'?" Brego asked, unfolding his arms and putting his hands in his pockets.

"Why-..yes." Messilita replied,a bit shocked. "How did you know?"

"You can blame my brother... the little prick." Brego snarled the last bit to himself. He quickly calmed himself, looking at Messilita.
"What'll happen once the family get here?" Synthia asked Messilita, wanting to ask as many questions as she could at this time.

"Then,we move out.Should the defences fail,command might have us to mop it up." Messilita said,walking towards the sofa to get some comfort.

"If it holds,we're probably a scouting team...due to our size."

"And yeah,my sister is coming too."

"Okay." Synthia walked over to the sofa and sat down on it, waiting patiently.

Messilita started to go up the stairs to take a nap.
"Listen,I'll just take a little nap.Won't be too long until they arrive okay?"

Solarina started a little mission she decided to do herself.She would take her plane on a recon and give the details to the military.That would be helpful.
"I doubt they have any anti air!"

Synthia turned round on the sofa to face Messilita.
"... Okay." She repeated, turning her head back round to look at whatever would come to her attention.

As time passes,a large scale battle was about to begin.The alien forces were caught in a 4-direction attack,hopelessly outnumbered.

But they have yet to be outgunned.The leader of the alien forces had a strong machinegun that is extremely accurate.

"..." Synthia listened to the silence, whilst Brego was thinking about the letter he received.

There was an unsettling noise coming from above Synthia,it sounded like a thud.

Synthia quickly looked up at the ceiling, holding her breath for a moment.
"What was that?" She asked, mumbling. Brego looked at her and shrugged, but she didn't see.
"I'm not gonna go and get involved in domestic violence before you ask." He said.
"Shh."

There was silence. A plastic ball seemed to roll down the stairs.

"... I'm taking a look." Brego said, curious. He walked past Synthia and through the doorway, then looked up the stairs to see if anyone was there. Synthia watched him.

There was nobody there at all.Only a hallway with many hung photos which had images of the Prower family.

"..." Brego carefully made his way up the stairs and readied Honor and Valor. He aimed them both up the stairs in case something jumped out and attack.

The doors along the hallway were closed,only one was open. That lead to one of the smaller rooms. The bathroom door was obvious with a sign.

Brego looked down the hallway, and his eyes focused on the bathroom door. He narrowed his eyes, creeping towards the door and holding his breath.

There were some mumbling from inside the door.A familiar,female voice.

Brego slowly budged the door open with his shoulder, his pistols aimed through the doorway as he opened it wide open.
"..."

Messilita was on the floor,her back against it. She was snoring away. She must have fallen off the bed.....again.

An audible jingle of keys were from the other side of the main door.
