Plotline:

Neil anderson, the hero of this reality, had a dream about how the planet would turn into a neonic, extremely lethal planet mandating a gasmask and biohazard suit to survive out in the open. The only problem was that he was the ONLY being that could even {presently} understand this disaster in the first place, let alone resolve this upcoming chrisis. Everyone else, however, knew there was a diaster coming, but not what the disaster would be. Many speculations came of this, but no answers, only more questions. Thus, the only hope for Neil was to somehow reveal that the disaster was coming, and how it was unpreventable in that matter.

Along with the normal config, you get 2000pts to spend on these, and can spend 1point for 1 more config point as well.

Strength - Your physical potential. Also lets you carry heavier things.
Endurance - How resistant to physical damage you are, along with handling rugged turfs.
Dexterity - Your accuracy, along with lockpicking.
Reflexes - Your ability to dodge, maneuver, and evade things.
Wisdom - YOur ability to learn, resist magics, and do more with status conditions.
Intelligence - Your ability to do stronger magics, resist status conditons, and reason better.
Manna - How much mp you posess. Also affects how long you can go without food.
Stamina - How much physical strain you can bear, along with using strong skills.
Vitality - Your hitpoints. Further, lets you resist poisons better.
Charisma - How high your morale is. This can also inspire allies to do better.
Presence - How fearful others are of you. This also lets you force people better.
Spirit - Your own soul is quite mighty. This affects your will and lets you weild your special abilities better.

YOu also get 3 special 'advanced' powers that make a major difference, but you need to find 'Spirit Stones' to use them... and trust me, they are very rare! But you begin with 5 such stones as well.

Further, you MUST tell 3 events that will unlock your understanding of the environmental disaster.

Succeeding 1 lets you understand breathing, gasses, and suffocation. Pretty much the basics of environmentalism.
Succeeding 2 lets you know how to react on an advanced level about this disaster.
Succeeding all 3 will give you full capabilities involving the disaster.

Appearance:
Bio: Neil anderson is the Hero of this RPG. How many people will he succeed in saving?
Inventory: A 1gb laptop with and internet uplink, the equivalent of a swiss army knife, a quality backpack, about 5 days of rations, Keys to his 'gyrocopter', and a ts14 molecular scannner(quite advanced).
Location specs: Drenden mountains. This is near maetross village, a remote town that has a lot of government activity lately. The village is a major agricultural area, but its political situation is starting to get delicate. If Neil doesnt invent something soon, more especially a potent weapon, he will loose his funding, and be in a horrible situation.

I would like to see more info about Skills and Powers, please.

The skills and powers can be anything you desire within reason. Just give some good information about them. For example, you could make a power that lets you teleport to anywhere on the planet. Or for example, you could make a skill that lets you build vehicles.

Skills are basicly forms of training you can do, or mainly physical abilities. For example, archaeology would let you uncover the texts on ancient ruins.

Special powers are your MAJOR abilities. They are pretty much huge game-breaking powers that make a massive difference when used wisely. But... are limited by those rare spirit stones...

(1) Being alone and straying from small towns to villages, he has done some things that involved herbology, and other unique herbs / to stop bleeding from doctors in the towns.

(2) He finds out that the Disaster is going to happen by a nearby encampment of scientests, that soon dissapeared and went away to somewhere to safety. Revant loots a few things before moving on.


Inventory: Clothes, five spirit stones, Walter PPK, Watch, and a few sandwiches and a 1-MB Modem that he keeps around in his duffel bag.

Family: His family is long gone.

History: When he was born, he was immediatily said he was a disgrace to the family. Afterwards, he had some trouble with his younger brother, and he was blamed for killing him. But he didnt, he was trying to grab his brother out of the street, but his arm broke in the process and his brother slammed into a car. He was thrown into the street, and was left behind. Soon after, he came into a orphanage. He managed to put his arm back into place, but with the cap of his arm shattered, he could barely do a thing. Two months later, he found out he was going to be adopted, but wasnt suprised at all. Soon after the adoption, he was right at home. His parents had these un-painted model airplanes, and he started painting them. His father wasnt that proud, but decided to let his son in on his buisness. He was a illegal arms dealer, selling pistols and such to people who payed and played right. He was with his father for two years, learning how to make guns. Afterwards, he was helping his father make guns until he died by a fungus in his hip, Cancer. His mother killed herself, making him a lone child once again. He grabbed his green duffel bag and a walter, plus a necklace to remind him of his family. He set off, going into the country and onto the road. He ran into some towns and villages, him getting a job each time and then going off once the weekend is over. He finally made it to the town he was hoping to go to, and stay.

Also, the advanced powers are optional, but I would advise them. They are basicly golden moves.

I would like to know, how can i unlock the 3rd? I dont really have anything else.

Hmm... seeing it... how about... you need to meet neil anderson at his labritory after the first 2, but only in a time when the disaster has spead over most the world, ok?

lastly, herbology would be a skill, so take all but 100 of those pts, and reconfig, ok?
I would also give yourself the 'medical' skill, it could be very useful considering herbology.
