<Messilita and Aaron Co-Op:Kardinal's new weapon>

Messilita fired at the guards' hands which were lightly armoured..making them stumble back in pain...

"Hurry!" She fired a single shot at their eyes..killing both of them.

"Nice one." Griggs complimented her, before resuming his hacking attempt.

Messilita turned around and gave a thumb up before looking towards the front again and taking down more light armoured guards.
"Reloading! cover me!" She started to reload,crouching.

The door was halfway to it's opening proccess..the red light changed to green.

Griggs used what was left of his clip to provide cover fire for Messilita.

Messilita completed reloading,she jumped back but a mishap occured,making her fall onto the floor,screaming in pain.

The door opened and gunfire came from the other side.

Griggs seemed to be out of the doorway, trying to attend to Messilita.

Messilita rolled out of the way of a rocket,making it hit the wall behind her,only pushing her forward a little.
"Gha..." She returned fire,causing the minions to hide.

"Griggs,throw in a grenade!"

Griggs took hold of a grenade, cooking it before tossing it in.

(Cooking a grenade is generally holding a grenade with the pin off before tossing it, giving enemies less reaction time.)

(Don't cook it for too long though..XD)

"GRENA-" A minion was gibbed before he could shout.

"NOOO...He was such a good guy.. >_<" Another minion cried.
"YOU BE PAYING FOR THIS!" He charged towards Griggs.

Griggs took the time to reload his weapon...

The minion used his sword to slash at Griggs,the sword was long and sharp.

Griggs lunged back, his clothing being slashed. A half an inch closer would have produced even worse results.

He fired at the minion after regaining his balance.

The armour he was wearing at his chest protected him from being killed...although he was blown back from being hit multiple times.
"Gah!"

Messilita whacked his head from the back,his weak spot.

Griggs circled around to Messilita, firing a few times at the guard's head while moving.

"Gaaah!" The guard fell,dead.

"Let's move before more unwanted battles occur...they will search for us." Messilita entered the hallway.

Griggs followed her, prepared to give Messilita support if needed.

The door slowly closed.

"So help me out here." Messilita requested support.

Griggs went alongside Messilita, stopping next to her.

Messilita swung her hand over Griggs' shoulder...
"Let's go...I still can't walk right."

The base's map was nearby,it needed to be activated by a keycard though.

At this point, Griggs realized he had forgotten to search the guards for useful items...

(I intended to do so at first, but... =/)

Messilita looked at Griggs.
"What's wrong?" She asked.

"I just realized... I forgot to search the guards amidst all the chaos." Griggs said, disdainfully.

"We might need their keys...but by the looks of it,they don't have any." Messilita just shrugged.

"Hmm... who you think might have one, then?" Griggs asked.

"Officers I guess...or lab technicians." Messilita said as she was supported by Griggs.
"The others still know we are here,we should hide."
