Paper Mario: The 8 Diamond Orbs

Ruby landed on her back, then got up quickly.

Xavier got up, and listened to Bowser.

Ruby listened, waiting for a chance to sneak away.

"Now, what jerk would steal Peach...AND Mario and Green 'Stache?" Bowser said, and he jumped back into his Clown Copter, leaving the Castle without noticing Ruby and Xavier.

Ruby managed to grab onto the edge RIGHT as he was about to take off. "Whoa... o3o"

Xavier grabbed onto Ruby's leg. "WWhy are we doing this, again?"

Ruby shrugged, Or at least tried. "It'd be best if you let go. The blade at the bottom could get you." She explained.

Xavier scrambled up to the edge of the Clown Car.

Ruby scrambled up and got in.

Xavier was standing behind Bowser, still listening.

Ruby was listening, holding Bowser's tail.

Bowser was swinging his tail, making Ruby slam into the sides of the Copter.

Xavier was quietly laughing.

Ruby muttered something un-audible.

"No good miserable thief. How could they take the princess AND those Mario bros?" Bowser flew the copter back to his castle.

The latest Smack made Ruby make a hole in the Copter. "Whoa...."

Bowser noticed the hole, then he notice Xavier and Ruby. "Wha-Intruders!? You can't get in my copter!" Bowser kicked Ruby and Xavier out of the Copter, literally.

Ruby somehow managed to re-direct herself to Bowser's Castle. "How did I do THAT?"

Xavier grabbed onto Ruby's leg.

Ruby eventually landed inside the castle.

Xavier saw the Castle. "Hm. This iss the first level, I guess."

The curtains fell and reopened, showing a white screen, along with the first Diamond Orb between Xavier and Ruby, between them and the silouhetted Boss.

Ruby just waited for the Curtains to go back down.

I was watching all this happen, while hiding in a very good hiding place.

Chapter Beginning...

The curtains closed and Xavier and Ruby looked at Bowser's huge Castle.
