Griggs peeked over at the screen of the device.

The device was a map,showing Lucia's location.

Messilita crossed the street with a car about to ram her.

Griggs noticed the car about to ram them...

"Look out!!" he warned, trying to pull her out of the way.

"AAGH!!!" Messilita rolled out of the way although her foot was hit.

She landed on the pavement.
"Hey! the street light was green!!!!"

"Oh my God, are you alright?" Griggs asked, trying to help her up.

"I'm alrigh-OW!...my leg!" Messilita was hurt,her shoe was somewhat wet.

Griggs asked Messilita to sit down, trying to see if her foot was bleeding inside her shoe.

"...It hurts.."

Lucia was on her way home.

Griggs undid Messilita's shoe, looking for any traces of blood on her sock.

It was dense on her ankle.

Messilita cringed from the pain.

Griggs pulled her sock down at the ankle, trying whatever he could to treat her injuries.

"There are medical supplies in my house,did I ever tell you?" Messilita pointed at her room window.
"It should be at the cabinet with a red cross painted on it."

Griggs had already used whatever medical supplies he had with him before he realized that it wasn't enough.

However, he didn't seem to have the keys to the house, unable to get to the medical supplies without them.

(Assuming the door is locked.)

Messilita threw the keys at him.
"Catch!!"

"Thanks!" Griggs called behind him, before running back to the house.

Messilita massaged her foot...just to make it feel alright.

Griggs ran into the house and up to Messilita's room.

He looked in the medical cabinet with the red cross, grabbing what he felt was necessary.

"Hurry! It's starting to hurt again!!" Messilita screamed.

The neighbors were just watching.

Griggs ran back out, locking the door behind him, bringing whatever medical supplies he could carry.

(Hmm... anything specific about the injury?)

(Nope...unless you want a bone sticking out...it is the only thing I can think of)

"Augh..." Messilita winced from the pain again.

(Goddamn careless drivers.)

Griggs set the medical supplies down next to him as he worked.

He imagined there would be a fracture involved... he tried applying a small plate to the fracture in Messilita's ankle in order to re-align it.

Messilita only had her eyes closed.

Griggs sterilized the area before trying to stitch the wound back together.

Messilita opened her right eye...she smiled.

At least she knew someone was there for her.
"I'll let you kiss me later."

Griggs smiled at Messilita... though he disliked seeing her hurt.

He put her shoe back on her foot for her, then tried to help her up.
