~Taking Sides~

Brego pulled out his gun Valor, taking a look at the charge... it wasn't fully loaded, but he could make use of it's standard fire. He angled himself to the side, then fired two powerful but small red dart-like beams. In the fraction of the second he had to react, he saw Lenny come out from the side of a shallow cave, firing another well-aimed shot. Brego returned behind cover, the bullet whizzing past and ricocheting off a rock.

Messilita is now aware of the situation. She moved in slowly.

Jared began climbing down. "Tann! Keep me covered!" Tann nodded. "Yeah, yeah."

Jared was wide open...

Meanwhile,in the Urban zone.

Elisa seemed to have spotted Mach from her location. She started sneaking over to him,pistols out.

Mach mantled the last ledge to the rooftop, taking in a 360 view. He decided to lay down near the ledge and whistle to try and get someone below.

Elisa suddenly stopped. "What the heck is he doing? .. " She asked herself,keeping low.

Mach kept waiting for about a minuite...he then popped up, and looked around again. He slid down a pole on the side of the building, back to street level, and began navigating the alleys.

Lenny fired a closely-aimed shot at the individual (Jared) that was advancing on his position before retreating back into the cave. He was going to have to use at least two drops in order to take on the four enemies around him. Brego quickly advanced down, sword at the ready.

Canine and Scar spotted Elisa further ahead.
"EEHEEEHEE! WE GOT ONE!" Scar put his foot full down on the accelerator, activating the nitrous to go faster. Some clunking and whirring sounded from within the trailer.

"Huh?" Elisa looked towards the speeding vehicle coming towards her.

The bullet grazed Jared's arm, making him lose his footing and causing him to fall an extra 10 feet before catching onto a rock with his other arm.

Mach heard the trailer, and quickly began following the source.

Elisa then dived out of the way in slow motion. She also rolled as she touched the ground.

A section of the roof of the trailer quickly opened up, revealing a quad-barreled turret, each turret being of different length and size. Canine was enclosed within the turret itself, but there was one very small opening on the side. He started warming up the turret in order to open fire, with Scar slowing back up to normal speed in order to find a route back round. He crashed the truck through a small house on the right since turning on the roads would have slowed them down too much.

Lenny called in a double drop (2dropsinonebtw), quickly pulling out a small PDA-type object. He clicked a button once, which revealed the area around him and the nearby enemies. This would give him the knowledge of where to aim when coming out of cover in order to reduce the odds of him getting shot by being out of cover for too long.

"... Psssss... Prozon." Viperace whispered from a nearby treetop so as to pass the time. Prozon slowly looked up, only to have a cluster of leaves drop on his face. Viperace chuckled, then returned to his stealthy patrolling of the area.

Mach walked into the street, seeing the truck driving away and Elisa running. He cocked his gun and began running towards her, firearm raised.

"Three on one! This is crazy! I'm out!" Elisa started retreating to another zone.

This was when the Infected Grunt showed up, his arm mutated to some broken weapons. Fully melee and rather big.

Mach began chasing her down, firing a couple of shots at her feet, passing by the infected.

Jared finished his descent, and took cover, gripping his arm. "Aghh..shit.."

Too big to turn fast enough to catch Mach. The grunt swung the arm,missing.

"Gah!" Elisa heard some ricochets beside her feet. She looked behind her as she ran,aiming both pistols. "You're not getting me!" She fired both pistols.

Messilita took cover before taking a peek at the cave Lenny was hiding in. "If only there was some sort of full auto on this thing."

Mach dove to one side, then got up and kept running. This made about a distance of 30 feet between him and Elisa. "Oh Yes I AM!" He shouted. He was treating it more of a game than something real.

Tann focused his scope on Lenny, and aimed up a bit to compensate for distance. He pulled back the bolt and inhaled....

A number of explosions erupted behind Messilita... either Monica was giving her a warning shot, or she just had really bad aim that time; it was likely the former, however.

Elisa spun and jumped,shooting both pistols with aim before landing onto her back on the floor.

Messilita shrieked,under fire. She looked towards the source and saw a blu hedgie. "Friendly or not, I can't see." She used the scope this time around and found an Alpha symbol.

Lenny's SonarSeeker™ was scanning the targets. After it had picked out the four, it warned him of Brego who was closing in quickly, and went through a brief simulation of where to fire. He checked his gun, seeing that he still had 4 bullets left before needing to reload.

Thing had arrived within the Rain area... it made very slow and steady movements, looking round everywhere for enemies. At the same time Thing caught the smell of a life form, Viperace caught the smell of something dead. Surely that wasn't the Mobian girl which died.

The bullet hit Mach's uzi, destroying it...He shook his hand, as a fragment of the bullet had embedded itself in his palm. "Agh!" He quickly changed direction to an alley to try and intercept her in melee.

A scope glint warned Lenny, and a loud gunshot echoed in the mountains. The bullet was delayed...(IM GIVING YOU A CHANCE BRO)

Elisa stood up. "... Well that was easy!" She brushed herself and holstered both pistols. She then walked to go mess around at another area.

Messilita fired a few shots at Monica,average aim.

The Infected Grunt started charging for the Overkill Truck, suicide...but awesome.

Monica dove for cover after being spotted. She was holding back for personal reasons...

Alouette just looked bored.

A voice rang out. "Gotcha!" Mach tackled Elisa at full force, smashing her to the ground. He quickly pinned both of her hands and smirked. "Told you."

Now pinned to the ground, Elisa is kind of helpless. Unless... she positioned her feet for a kick.
