Humans - Well trained, the humans are the best leaders and the most experienced. They also have the most wealth.
Antaran - Super intelligent with psionics. They are a very potent scientific race.
Grumine - Super strong and durable, along with being very good at physical labor. Looks like a bear.
Arzonite - Golden dexterity and reflexes, making them good ninjas. Looks like a lizardman.
Umerian - The only species ever able to cast magics, they mainly stick to themselves. Main form is anything small.
Zvar'nekaz - The enemy. They are masters at combat. Little else is known about them. If you pick this, choose a fighter, and you may freely have any fusion/plasma/tachyonics techs on them as you desire. Limit of 2 players.
Job Class: I mandate at least a pilot, engineer, doctor, and soldier. Multiple jobs allowed, but please limit to 3.

Techs(3, antarans pick 5): What technologies will you contribute to the unversal councel? Just give a name, and there is a techtree in that matter.
Inventory: 5 Spirit stones(15 with umerians), 1 basic weapon, armor, and tool. Plus two crates of an explained resource.
Special Powers(3, umer gets 5): Your advanced moves. Most powers are allowed, but umerians are the only ones allowed to have 'magical' based powers.


The allied spaceship: THis is the present spaceship for the allies. We are the main officers so far. No configging, just reference.



Size Class: Capitol Spaceship, Large Destroyer Size.
Empty Rooms: 200 small, 40 medium, 10 large, 3 epic.
Present Engine: Photon Turbines. Produces electricity equal to 5 nuclear powerplants. Consumes stardust.
Lifesupport: Thorium Cells. These cells never run dry, but are complicated to operate, and is more than sufficient for any size spaceship.
Crew Limits: This spaceship can accomodate about 300 people presently.
Thruster: Ion Thrusters. They are capable of warp 7 max. {for those who dont know warp, thats the speed of light}
Hangar Bays: Accomodates 30 fighters. Presently has 5, all of them dropships.
Cargo Holds: Accomodates 15 metric tons of supplies.
Pods: 15 Basic weapon, 5 Missle, 3 Shield, 10 System.

Thats it, the rest is rather empty. The ship really needs to be developed, thus. It doesnt even have firearms and such...

The enemy fighters:

Option 1:
It has 2 weapon ports, 2 shield ports, and 1 systems addon.
Hull plating is stronger and thicker, making this very defensible, but also slow for a fighter.

Option 2:
It has 2 weapon ports, 1 shield port, and 1 missle port allowed.
This ship is streamlined for a strong combat presence, accomodating strong weapons and shields, posessing average speeds and maneuvering.

Option 3:
It has 2 weapons ports, 1 missle port, and 3 systems addons.
This fighter is extremely fast and maneuverable, able to dodge most attacks with relative ease, but is easily shot down as well.

If you take this path, you will also gain a squadron of 5 npcs to go with your fighter, same design. Further, the 3 players cannot repeat an option.

The Credit/Science System:

its very easy. You can spend your credits on either yourself, the spacestations scientists, or your spaceship. Just look at the market for what techs are available, and it will say how long in RP time before it will be completed. Some may have a limited supply...

To research, we need only return to the first spacestation that was established as the universal councel station. Then you simply choose a research focus. The options are Biogenics, Engineering, Mechanics, Armory, Firearms, Energon, Fusion, Plasma, Delta, Gauss, Photon, Antimatter, Habitation, Astrophysics, Socialism, and Racial Specialties.

Phsycials: 5ft 9in, blue eyes, well-rounded.
Background: Neil was the one to discover just how hopeless it was to face the Zvar's without gathering all the sentient spacefaring races in the first place. Even then, it was no easy thing to make negotiaitons for their cooperation and establishment. For this reason, neil gained considerable leadership and management skills, potentially enough to unite all the races.
Personality: Friendly, Intelligent, Ambitious
Alignment: Chaotic Good

Techs(3, antarans pick 5):
(1) Hydroponics Unit - In space, it becomes rather important to develop quality supplies of food, clothing, and medical supplies. Consequentially, this is invaluable.
(2) Advanced Communications - While many spacefaring races had modern techs, they needed a way to improve on that. This can transmit and recieve up to 5 parsecs away.
(3) Energon Chazmatics - Allows the making of basic energon based equipments, for example, lazer weapons and high-density powerpacks.
Inventory: 5 Spirit stones, Standard infantry weapn, Modern Battle armor, A medipack. Plus two crates of stardust.
Special Powers(3, umer gets 5):
(1) Advanced Teamwork - Take the powers of 2 different allied people present and combind them to make a golden power.
(2) Epic Inspiration(passive) - Where neil anderson is present, allies are immune to fear and terror.
(3) Expert Skillsmaster(passive) - If neil anderson notices a skill used/applied sufficiently, he will learn that skill.

Phsycials:8'6", thick black exoskeleton.
Background:A loyal servant of the High Priest, with his loyatly (and battle skill) boosting him to a decent rank among the Holy Army. Not much else is found in his data file, perhaps due to black operations he has participated in.
Personality:Quiet, Brutal, Unforgiving, and quite Spartan in his lifestyle.
Alignment: Lawful Evil
Wealth: Unlimited
Inventory: 5 Spirit stones, Gauss Repeater pistol, Light Overshield, Fusion wrench, two crates of Xergonite, (it is the most common element that traps Tachyons, which are used as fuel for Tachyon Cores.)
Special Powers(3, umer gets 5): Sun Tzu tactics((Passive)Often putting his subordinates in places of no retreat, his soldiers fight better, but their morale goes down a bit.), Emergency War Power(Active)(by disabling his Tachyon Drive, his fighter becomes even more fast and agile, but loses accuracy), Jettison(Active)(When all is lost, he jettisons everything useless out the hatch, as well as some spare parts, providing a pseudo-cloak, then retreats.)

EDIT:He and his squadron will use Option 3 fighters.

EDIT 2:First weapon port will be an EMP Pulse Cannon, Second Weapon Port will be a Tetron Mine Dropper, First Missile Port will be ADMM missiles (It launches 12 agile missiles, at any enemy within 5 kilometers.), First System Add-on will be Back-up critical systems, Second System Add-on will be Thrust Vectoring, Third Add-on will be Reverse EMP Pulses, which would disable any 6 o'clock missiles.

Approved, say what equipments the fighters have as well then first however.

Also, being the enemy, you have an unilimited budget, but they expect successes equal to what you request.

The techs are for the 'allies' also. Being the enemy, you are already set to the three focussed aspects. But... those techs are maximized.

Unlimited budgets would attract any fan of RTS games. Or people who wish to have giant war machines in 28.54 seconds.

I discourage abuse. Its because they are the protagonist that they have unlimited money and such.

I will let you enter him, but I reduced the number to 2 to keep players from abusing that. Since you are an admin... it makes sense to allow you.

... but definitely not a few seconds. Those addons should also take a long period of time. Gotta keep it from bein too abusive...
