Messilita heard a distinctive sound. It seemed like...a grenade?

Sure enough,a grenade was thrown at Synthia.

Synthia saw the grenade, and quickly plucked up the courage to pick it up and throw it back as far as possible, closing her eyes as she did so in case the grenade blew up.

Brego opened the hatch to the tank and hopped in, putting away both his pistols and instead pulling out his sword as he hopped in.

There were no crew members inside the tank,only large machinees that operate it.

The grenade was thrown far away from both Synthia and the scout. The scout came out from cover and spam-fired at Synthia's direction.

Messilita aimed and fired at the scout,totally missing however it made the scout scurry back to his safe cover.

Alex took a step back, considering his options. There's no way he could get to his staff without getting shot.

The commander saw Alex,she gave a frown. She aimed low and fired at Alex's legs.

Alex yelped and jumped to the side, bringing a hand to his staff's handle next to his head.

The bullets dug into the ground,5 inches deep. The commander fired again at Alex without taking proper aim.

Alex continued to step to the side after he drew his weapon.

The commander sprang up and somersaulted backwards.She had holstered her pistol and she started to pull out her sniper rifle. The really BIG gun.

Alex took this time to wave his hand in a sweeping motion from a tree to the commander, sending a moss vine at her arm.

The commander was caught,surprised by such a tactic. She dropped the sniper rifle and reached for her knife.

Alex smiled, seeing that he had gained the element of surprise, and sent another vine and the commander's other arm.

The commander was tangled up in moss vines. She started struggling. She never knew the wildlife here was tough to destroy.
"Damn! outsmarted!" She held her knife tightly,trying to cut the vines.

Alex walked over to the.commander and pinned the hand she had her knife in to her side with the blunt side of his staff, "Leaving so soon? I was hoping we could get to know each other a little more," he said, grinning widely.

"Hmph." The commander simply grunted.

"Now don't be like that," Alex said with a slight whine in his voice, "Why don't we start with names?"

The commander didn't say a thing.

Brego started hacking away at the machinery, frowning and gritting his teeth. However, he started to feel something trickle down his chin. He looked at his crimson finger, realising it was blood, and it was trickling out from his eyes and nose. Quickly, he pulled out a syringe with a light green substance in it and injected it in his arm.

Synthia took aim at where the scout had hidden.

Alex grinned, "If you insist, then I'll start. Name's Alex, it's a pleasure to meet you,"

The scout came out again to fire at Synthia.

The commander remained silent,turning her head away from the conversation with pride.

"Alright, alright, if you're gonna give me the cold shoulder all day," Alex said, dissapointed by the lack of conversation, he stepped back, releasing the commander's knife hand, "I'll just leave you to your business then," he said starting on the path she was taking, "Fino a quando ci incontreremo di nuovo, arrivederci." he added, giving a farewell wave as he left.

As soon as Alex left,the commander continued struggling to get free.She would rather die than letting Alex take that path.

The mechs were submerged,their location was unknown.

She fired a couple of shots back, quickly rolling to the side and behind cover to escape from the incoming fire.

Alex casually walked on the path, his footsteps making distinct squelching noises as he walked.

The scout's face got blown clean off by the MG shots,flying back.
