| The RP has to do with the ancient Chinese times, with some mythology. Review it if you'd like, and if you think I should change anything, just suggest it. I'll gladly take it into account, and see if it'll fit.
PLOT -
"During the ancient times of the world and China, times were prosperous. The villages and towns of China were peaceful, undisturbed. Tales after tales were passed down by hundreds of families, all telling stories of god’s, goddesses, beasts, and much more. Life was simple for them – All they did was farm, sell their goods to the market, and live. The children would play, day and night, as the gods and goddesses would watch over these children. The children would one day be what their mother and father were.
As the years progressed, the nights became shorter, and shorter. As eternal night started to feel short, rest was little. The men, women, and children thought this was good. They were able to do more work in a day. In a single year, however, the 5 hour moonlight dissipated. It was daytime all the time now. The sun basked on the world for many hours. This had become what was called “The Eternal Light”. The men, women, and children began struggling to even bare with the heat. The heat was too much for them.
Water had risen very much, and ceaselessly forced the families of China to move farther inland. Entire islands were swallowed by the rising water. The royal dynasty began begging the great goddess of the moon, Ch’ang-O to give them moon light, give them a soothing cold night. No reply came from the heavens. They thought the gods and goddesses had left them. While water was plentiful, it was hot. There was no way they could drink it. The great Chinese Empire began to crumble, as the Emperor could not call to the gods.
Beasts began to die as there was no cold, nothing. Not even the goddess, Feng-Po-Po, bringer of storms and moisture, could help. A small band of Chinese began to set foot through many places, to the Kunlun Volcano, through the fiery grounds of Di Yu, escape out of the land of fire alive, find the fabled bridge called Queqiao, and hopefully, be able to the Immortal’s abode, Yaochi to find out why the sun never drops down. A journey of which shall be marked in history. This is the tale of Yuehua Zi, as it was told by the dynasty itself." | |
