The Beauty of Music

Digger stopped moving and instead just stood still, trembling.

Sigma simply stood silent, in his civilian form again.

Eryka and Cheryl were just... talking to each other.

Digger looked around and stared at all of the Mobians, trying to find out if there was a possible way to escape with all bones intact.

Sigma was keeping a close eye on Digger...

Digger, instead of trying to run again, instead sat down against a corner and tried to hide his face from everyone.

Eryka looked over at Digger, getting rather curious as always.

Digger was trying to be un-noticed, so he could run away once no one was paying attention to him.

Eryka seemed to be watching... she wasn't sure what to think of Digger.

Digger stopped hiding himself and looked at Eryka.

"..... Hi?" He asked in a confused and quiet voice.

Eryka gave a sort of gentle smile, walking over in hopes that she might make some acquiantance.

Digger was trembling.

"Who are you?" He asked in a quiet voice.

"I'm Eryka." Eryka responded, approaching Digger slowly.

"Digger..." Digger replied. He noticed Eryka approaching him and tried to back away.

"Digger? Hm..." Sonow shrugged his shoulders and took some steps away from Digger.

"I'm sorry... But the music scares me...." Digger said, hanging his head low.

"Right, well, we won't have to worry about it when this is all over... right?" Eryka said.
"Yeah, why else would OmegaCorp have contracted us?" Cheryl added.

Digger was trembling as he pointed to something flying overhead.

Speedy looked up at what was in the air,trying to identify it.

Sigma looked upward.
So did Eryka and Cheryl.

Flying in the air were songbirds with costumed mobians riding them. The song birds were brilliant colors. Bright red, yellow, and orange, like a burning flame and a diamond in the sky. The mobians riding them wore matching firey outfits that seemed to be burning with beauty. The songbirds were singing beautiful songs, that made nearly every citizen start to feel drowsy..

Eryka and Cheryl were starting to nod off.
Sigma tried to shut down his sound receptors again.
As for the OmegaCorp units in all their power armor, I don't freaking know.

Digger had already fallen asleep.

The birds kept singing while flying above, but some costumed mobians began to jump from their birds, landing on the ground.

Eryka gave in, falling asleep.
Cheryl seemed determined to stay awake. I mean, c'mon, OmegaCorp was paying top-dollar for this mark.

Costumed mobians landed on the ground and started playing beautiful music on harps to lull the remaining mobians to sleep.

Digger was lightly snoring in his sleep.

Cheryl succumbed to the music, falling right asleep... and right when she primed an EMP grenade.
It went off, of course disabling Sigma.
