A reality that was meant never to exist... but was so.

Dark and forboding, it sought the light... but found none. All were evil, but a hope there was.
With the dawn of the gembringer... the reality would finally see the break of day, and the dawn of color...
But everybody thought the gembringer was dead... and he had no children to inherit the destiny.
But there was a child, and he had no clue he was the one to dispell the darkness, and vanquish the curse...

Sorgan Vauls was waiting quiely in his usual alcove near the tower. The alcove was hidden from most... though an expert could locate it quite easily.
There he was, recalling his past.... wondering why his memories were fragmented... and wondering why he was here in this alcove.

"Hopeless... The gembringer is dead, and I will never uncover the truth of my father's experiments... Let alone where he died as well. To make matters worse, this reality will probably die all too soon... lost and forgotten forever, never to be known, never to achieve anything. But at least I have happiness and survivial, what more can one ask?"

Sorgan meditated for a time....
