The Black Dust absorbed the crystals, now trying to speed up.

Ferham continued to run, looking behind her.

The Black Dust altered its arms into sharp spikes and spines, chasing Ferham.

Amari continued toward the city. She wasn't sure who she was going to tell, she wasn't one to just shout out in the middle of public.

A small amount of Black Dust was lurking around in the city...

Ferham drew two more cards...
She smirked, launching two rather large crystals toward the figure's arms.

The Black Dust is hit, but begins to absorb the crystals, while trying to run faster.

Ferham continued to run, panting.

The Black Dust keeps trying to run after Ferham, while trying to regrow spikes.

Ferham tried to think of what she could do to slow down the Black Dust...

The Black Dust kept running at her, with the spikes on its arms fully regrown.

Amari was now in the city. She looked around cautiously, listening carefully.

Some Black Dust was swirling around in the City, sniffing around..

Ferham had no knowledge on how to deal with this thing... at all.

The Black Dust kept running at Ferham, but was showing signs of slowing down..

Ferham launched another attack, this time, leaving behind two copies of herself that attacked the Black Dust.

The Black Dust was confused, and attempted to consume the copies.

The copies weren't solid... rather, convincing projections.

The Black Dust eventually came to its senses and tried to run after Ferham now.

Ferham continued to run, getting rather exhausted at this point...

The Black Dust was very sluggish in its attempt to get to Ferham, seemingly tired.

Ferham tried to fight the fatigue, determined to escape.

The Black Dust had a sudden surge of energy, and was rushing at a last attempt to catch Ferham.

Ferham turned her head, gasping.

The Black Dust's surge of energy was about to be over, but it kept running.
