Brink (Probably my top priority)
Twisted Metal
inFamous 2
Test Drive Unlimited 2
MotorStorm Apocalypse (Hell yeah)
Bulletstorm
Metal Gear Solid Rising (Which shouldn't be on the Xbox...)

It's gonna suck that I won't be able to get all of these games.

Bad Company 2's the way to go - balanced, the weapons you unlock as you progress don't get overpowered (luckily not the M60 as much any more), perks like magnum ammo or increased hit points aren't very major, you unlock most needed equipment in a class quite quickly, grenade launchers don't manage to do 1-hit kills instantly most of the time, and no sodding hackers!

And where to start with the sound quality?
