Abuse of power

Cyan rubbed his belly.
"Yeah, I suppose... I just have an odd feeling about this place, gives me the creeps..." He said, shivering a bit.

"We'll find a cave that isn't occupied." Koln confidently proposed, but wasn't exactly sure how.

Cyan looked at teh surroundings, he couldn't see the town anywhere.
"I hope my family's okay..."

That reminded Koln. He only had his flat mate, but he wanted to make sure George and Cyan would be able to cope with what was going on.
"I'm sure they'll be fine." He said, trying to comfort Cyan. He began walking, slowly.

"I guess... but, what if the police knew who we were and took our families or something...?" Cyan suggested.

Koln hadn't thought about that either.
"Police wouldn't do dat, would dey?" Koln asked. He never had any run-ins with the police, but he almost knew that they wouldn't be that cruel. "We haven't done anything bad either."

"I Guess so... I was just assuming..." Cyan said.

Koln looked at Cyan as he walked.
"They'll be fine." He said, trying to smile if his furry bear face would let him.
